The house has 2 floors for living with a garage and storerooms below. The ground floor has 2 verandas (so that you can follow the sun ) and a tiled, fully-functioning kitchen, complete with a cosy range. There are 2 other rooms, currently used as bedrooms and all have wooden floors and wooden double glazing. Across the hallway is a tiled bathroom with electric boiler and shower and flushing toilet (into the septic tank).

Up the internal wooden stairs is another bedroom which has a balcony and the views that you can see in the photographs. Under the eaves is a further bedroom on one side and a storeroom on the other.
The garden is nearly 2000m2 and nicely secluded, despite the location within the village. It`s fenced on 3 sides and the 4th side is the stream at the bottom of a steep slope. The garden has been lovingly tended and has lots of productive fruit trees, but really its laid out for relaxing in nature at the moment. The only sound is the stream at the bottom!
The house is in very good shape, the roof on the veranda is new, the house roof is as new, good guttering etc etc. There`s a shed for tools at the back of the house. It has everything!
So, a house with lots going for it and on the day we saw it, absolutely lovely. If you`ve been looking at cheaper properties, consider the savings on just moving straight in! The village is very much in demand by Sofians, almost no empty houses here and the village has an arty feel attracting the National Theatre director, film and TV people and creative types generally – you`ll see why when you get here ;)
